Colicon 10/Colicon 10 is an anticholinergic medication. It works by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort.

Common side effects include:
- Insomnia
- Dilated pupils (mydriasis)
- Cycloplegia (paralysis of the eye's focusing mechanism)
- Increased ocular tension
- Urinary hesitancy

- Ages 2–12 years: 10 mg, three times daily (tid).
- Ages 6 months–2 years: 5–10 mg, 3–4 times daily.
