✔️ A-Meb 135 is indicated for the symptomatic relief of:

• Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
• Chronic irritable colon
• Spastic constipation
• Mucous colitis
• Colicky abdominal pain
• Persistent non-specific diarrhea
• Gastrointestinal tract spasms

✔️ Side Effects

A-Meb 135 is generally well tolerated, and side effects are uncommon.

Common Side Effects:

• Skin rash

Less Common Side Effects:

• Dizziness
• Headache
• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort
• Insomnia
• Loss of appetite
• Slow heart rate
• Allergic reactions such as urticaria (hives)

✔️ Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage is:

Adults, elderly patients, and children over 10 years:

• Mebeverine 135 mg tablet: One tablet three times daily
• Mebeverine 200 mg modified-release capsule: One capsule twice daily

For best results, take the medication approximately 20 minutes before meals. Once symptoms improve, your doctor may gradually reduce the dosage.

Missed Dose:
If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.

Children:
A-Meb 135 is not recommended for children under 10 years of age.

• Difficulty breathing
• Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, throat, or neck
• Severe skin reactions

✔️ Pregnancy & Lactation

Animal studies have not shown harmful effects during pregnancy. However, medicines should only be used during pregnancy when clearly needed and under medical supervision.

Mebeverine is not known to pass into breast milk in significant amounts at therapeutic doses, but breastfeeding mothers should consult their healthcare provider before use.
