- Peptic Ulcers: Painful sores in the stomach, esophagus, or intestines leading to abdominal pain, indigestion, bloating, or fatigue.
- Zollinger–Ellison Syndrome: Rare pancreatic/gastric tumors causing excessive acid secretion.
