Vitamin C:
- May interact with deferoxamine, hormonal contraceptives, fluphenazine, warfarin, elemental iron, salicylates, fluphenazine, disulfiram, and mexiletine.
Vitamin E:
- Absorption may be reduced by cholestyramine, colestipol, and orlistat.
- High doses can enhance the anticoagulant effects of warfarin.
- Large doses may interfere with iron supplementation.
