• Ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10) – 150 mg
• Magnesium (derived from Magnesium Oxide) – 150 mg
• Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 1000 IU

✔️ How does Ubidecarenone + Magnesium + Vitamin D3 work?

Ubidecarenone (Coenzyme Q10) is a naturally occurring compound involved in mitochondrial electron transport and ATP production. It supports cellular energy production, particularly in tissues with high energy requirements such as the heart and skeletal muscles. Its antioxidant activity may help protect cells from oxidative stress.

Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in numerous physiological processes. It contributes to normal nerve transmission, muscle contraction and relaxation, cardiac function, energy metabolism, and maintenance of normal bones.

Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) helps regulate calcium and phosphate metabolism and supports normal bone mineralization. It also contributes to normal muscle and immune function.

✔️ Interaction

Ultra-Q may interact with certain medicines. Inform your doctor about all prescription medicines, over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements you are taking.

• Statins: Statin medicines may reduce endogenous Coenzyme Q10 levels. Coenzyme Q10 supplementation may be considered in some patients, particularly those experiencing statin-associated muscle symptoms.
• Warfarin: Coenzyme Q10 may reduce the effectiveness of warfarin in some patients. Monitoring may be required.
• Thyroid medicines: Coenzyme Q10 may potentially affect the response to certain thyroid medicines.
• Antidiabetic medicines: Coenzyme Q10 may influence blood glucose levels in some individuals. Blood glucose monitoring and medication adjustment may occasionally be required.
• Doxorubicin: Coenzyme Q10 has been investigated for its potential role in reducing doxorubicin-associated cardiac toxicity; use should be determined by the treating physician.
• Antibiotics such as tetracyclines and quinolones: Magnesium may reduce their absorption. These medicines should generally be taken at appropriately separated times.
• Bisphosphonates: Magnesium may reduce the absorption of certain bisphosphonates. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding administration.
• Levothyroxine: Magnesium may reduce its absorption when taken together. Separate administration as advised by your healthcare professional.

✔️ Pregnancy & Lactation

Consult your physician before using Ultra-Q during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Your doctor can determine whether supplementation is appropriate based on your nutritional status and individual needs.

✔️ Talk to your doctor before using Ultra-Q if you:

• Have kidney disease or impaired kidney function
• Have high blood calcium levels or disorders affecting calcium metabolism
• Have a heart rhythm disorder
• Have liver disease
• Are taking warfarin, thyroid medicines, antidiabetic medicines, antibiotics, or medicines for osteoporosis
• Are already taking other vitamin or mineral supplements
