In severe deficiency, two capsules daily or as advised by a physician.
✔️ Overdose Effects
Iron overdose is dangerous, especially in children under 6 years.
Excess intake may cause gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, dark stools).
High doses of nicotinamide may cause GI upset; prolonged excessive pyridoxine may cause neuropathy.
Vitamin C and riboflavin are generally safe at high doses.
Excess zinc intake over long periods may impair copper and iron metabolism.
