- Iron (III) Hydroxide Polymaltose Complex – Equivalent to elemental Iron 50 mg
- Thiamine Hydrochloride – 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium – Equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride – 2 mg
- Nicotinamide – 20 mg
- Zinc Sulphate Monohydrate – Equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Generally well tolerated. However, some users may experience mild gastrointestinal issues common with oral iron supplements, such as nausea, vomiting, constipation, or diarrhea.

- Adults: 5–10 ml (1–2 teaspoons) three times daily or as prescribed by a physician.
- Children: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) three times daily or as directed by a physician.
- Infants: 0.33 ml per kg of body weight daily or as advised by a physician.
