✅ Description:
This Ayurvedic liquid medicine, derived from Jamani seed (Trachyspermum ammi), provides rapid relief from various stomach-related conditions such as heartburn, dyspepsia, bloating, abdominal pain, and constipation. Trachyspermum ammi contains essential oil (2-3.5%), phenol, thymol (35-60%), carvacrol, terpinene, and dipentene. It has tonic, antiseptic, stomachic, carminative, antispasmodic, and antibacterial properties. It is used for treating constipation, bloating, colic, dyspepsia, and acid reflux.

✔️ Administration & Dosage
- Adults: 2-4 teaspoonfuls to be taken with an equal quantity of water, 2-3 times daily after meals.
- Children: 1-2 teaspoonfuls to be taken with an equal quantity of water, 2-3 times daily after meals.
✔️ Interaction
- Antidepressants such as SSRIs and related medications should not be started for at least two weeks after stopping an MAOI. Conversely, an MAOI should not be started until at least one week after discontinuing an SSRI or similar antidepressant (2 weeks in the case of paroxetine and sertraline, and at least 5 weeks in the case of fluoxetine).

Use caution in patients with epilepsy. Avoid if poorly controlled and discontinue if convulsions develop. Concurrent electroconvulsive therapy should be monitored closely.
