• Use clean towels or tissues to wipe your eyes and face.
• If you wear contact lenses, clean and replace them as recommended. Never share contact lenses, and always wash your hands before inserting them.
• Avoid staring at digital screens for extended periods. Take breaks every 20 minutes to rest your eyes.
• Blink regularly, as it helps distribute hydrating substances like mucus and tears across your eyes.
• Apply gentle pressure on the corner of the eye near the nose for approximately 1 minute right after instilling the drop. This helps in the proper distribution of the medication.
• Allow a waiting period of at least 5-10 minutes before administering the next medication in the same eye. This prevents dilution of the medicine.
