Vertigo associated with disorders of the vestibular system (e.g., labyrinthitis, Ménière’s disease)
Nausea, Vomiting & Vertigo: 25–50 mg orally, once daily.
Vertigo (Vestibular Disorders): 25–100 mg daily, in divided doses, based on response.
Motion Sickness: Take 25–50 mg one hour before travel. Repeat every 24 hours if needed for the duration of the journey.
Common: Drowsiness, dry mouth
Occasional: Blurred vision or mild dizziness
Concomitant use with CNS depressants (e.g., alcohol, barbiturates, tranquilizers) may lead to additive drowsiness and sedation.
