Each Tablet/Capsule Contains:

• Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1): 5 mg
• Riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 2 mg
• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3): 20 mg
• Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6): 2 mg

Each 5 ml Syrup Contains:

• Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1): 5 mg
• Riboflavin 5-Phosphate Sodium (Vitamin B2): 2 mg
• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3): 20 mg
• Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6): 2 mg

Each 2 ml Injection Contains:

• Thiamine HCl (Vitamin B1): 50 mg
• Riboflavin Sodium Phosphate (Vitamin B2): 5.48 mg
• Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3): 100 mg
• D-Panthenol (Vitamin B5): 5 mg
• Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6): 10 mg

✔️ Mode of Action

• Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): Supports carbohydrate metabolism and energy production.

✔️ Dosage & Administration

Adults:

• Tablet/Capsule: 1–2 tablets/capsules, 3 times daily.
• Syrup: 2–3 teaspoons daily.
• Injection: 2 ml intramuscularly or intravenously daily.

Children:

• Syrup: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times daily.

Infants:

• Syrup: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) once daily.

Note: Dose adjustments should be as directed by a physician.

✔️ Drug Interactions

Levodopa: Pyridoxine decreases its efficacy. Avoid co-administration.

✔️ Pregnancy & Lactation

• Safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding when taken within the recommended dosage.

✔️ Precautions

• Administer cautiously to patients taking Levodopa, as Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) can reduce its therapeutic efficacy.
• Avoid use in individuals hypersensitive to any components of the formulation.
