- Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) should not be administered before a full diagnosis has been made, as it may mask symptoms of subacute degeneration of the spinal cord.
- Not suitable for treating optic neuropathies with raised plasma concentrations of cyanocobalamin.

- Do not use in patients on Levodopa therapy (for Parkinson’s disease).
- Hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients (Vitamin B1, B6, or B12).
