Indications of Flexibac 10
Baclofen is used to treat skeletal muscle spasms caused by rheumatic disorders, spinal cord injuries, and other spinal diseases, as well as spasticity caused by multiple sclerosis, flexor spasms and pain, clonus, and muscular rigidity.
Cerebrovascular accidents, tumors, and degenerative brain disease are all possible causes.
Pharmacology of Flexibac 10
By stimulating GABAB receptors, which block glutamate and aspartate release, baclofen inhibits monosynaptic and polysynaptic reflexes in the spinal cord. Acting at intraspinal sites, it may also cause CNS depression. Baclofen also has an antinociceptive effect.

Contraindications
Baclofen is not recommended for patients who are hypersensitive to any of the product's ingredients.
Side Effect of Flexibac 10
Transient drowsiness, daytime sedation, dizziness, weakness, and fatigue are the most common side effects of baclofen. Headache (ten percent), insomnia (ten percent), euphoria, excitement, depression, confusion, hallucinations, paraesthesia, nightmares, muscle pain, tinnitus, slurred speech, coordination disorder, tremor, rigidity, dystonia, and ataxia are all symptoms of the central nervous system.
Pregnancy & Lactation
Baclofen is not safe to use during pregnancy, according to pregnancy category B3. Baclofen passes through the placental barrier. Baclofen should only be given to pregnant women if the physician believes that the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks. Baclofen is excreted in breast milk, but the evidence so far suggests that the amounts are so small that no adverse effects on the infant are expected.
