Lack of B vitamins can cause:
Generally well-tolerated, but allergic reactions may be observed in some cases.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), B6 (Pyridoxine), and B12 (Cyanocobalamin) serve as essential co-enzymes for the metabolism of the nervous system. This combination normalizes nerve cell metabolism, supports the regeneration of nerve fibers and myelin sheath, and activates the body's natural repair mechanisms. The combination of these three vitamins has better efficacy than the individual components. Additionally, Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 promote the body's own repair mechanism and help manage pain.
Vitamin B1 (Thiamine): Converts carbohydrates, fatty acids, and amino acids into energy, supports healthy nerves, improves mood, and strengthens the heart.
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine): Plays a role in red blood cell formation, protein synthesis, neurotransmitter production (e.g., serotonin), releases stored energy, helps prevent cardiovascular diseases and stroke, alleviates depression, and aids in sleep disorders.
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin): Essential for cell replication and crucial for red blood cell production, prevents anemia, helps prevent depression, reduces nerve pain, numbness, and tingling, and lowers the risk of heart diseases.
These vitamins are well-absorbed when taken orally, widely distributed in body tissues, and can be found in breast milk. They are metabolized within the body and excreted primarily in the urine.
Tablet: Take 1-3 tablets per day or as advised by a physician.
