1. Signs indicating severe hypoglycemia, are characterized by very low blood sugar levels, including pallor, tremors, dizziness or lightheadedness, sweating, and nausea.
2. Indications of a severe allergic reaction, such as local skin reactions progressing to other body parts, sudden onset of malaise with sweating, vomiting, breathing difficulties, rapid heartbeat, and dizziness.
3. Symptoms suggestive of heart failure, such as unusual shortness of breath, sudden weight gain, and localized swelling (edema).
4. Serious injection site reactions include pain, redness, hives (itchy red skin), swelling, and itching.
5. Signs indicating ketoacidosis, a severe complication of diabetes, such as flushing, dry skin, drowsiness, fatigue, dry mouth, fruity breath odor, increased urination frequency, excessive thirst, loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting.
