How does Tadalis 10mg Tablet work?

Tadalis 10 is a phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitor. It works in erectile dysfunction by increasing blood flow to the penis by relaxing the muscles in penile blood vessels.

Common side effects include headache, dizziness, flushing, dyspepsia, nasal congestion, back pain, myalgia, and uncommonly, eyelid swelling.

• For BPH, the recommended dose is 5 mg daily.
• Combined ED and BPH treatment also involves a daily 5 mg dose.

Interaction

Tadalafil can interact with various drugs, including nitrates, alpha-adrenergic blockers, antihypertensives, and others.

Contraindications
