How Fusitop-HC Cream works?

Fusitop-HC Cream treats affected skin where Fusidic acid works against the bacteria by interfering with their protein synthesis. Fusitop-HC Cream (Fusidic Acid 2% + Hydrocortisone Acetate 1%) is a combination of two medicines that effectively treats skin infections. It minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as redness, swelling, and itching. It also kills infection-causing microorganisms.

Pharmacology

Fusidic Corrosive BP 2% and Hydrocortisone Acetic acid derivation BP 1% combination cream combines Hydrocortisone Acetic acid derivation's anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic properties with Fusidic Corrosive's potent topical antibacterial activity. Fusidic Corrosive is effective when applied topically against Staphylococci, Streptococci, Corynebacteria, Neisseria, and some Clostridium & Bacteroides. A highly effective antimicrobial agent known as fusidic corrosive prevents protein aggregation within the microorganism. By maintaining the ribosome-guanosine diphosphate stretching calculating G-complex, it interferes with the translocation step. As a result, the exchange of additional amino acids to the developing polypeptide is stopped before the authoritative of aminoacyl t-RNA to the ribosome. Dosage of Fusitop-HC Cream

Adults:

Interaction

Fusidic Corrosive may prevent drugs that undergo extensive biotransformation in the liver from being absorbed if taken systemically, but there is no evidence to support this. Topical hydrocortisone derived from acetic acid is not a dangerous medication.

Contraindications
