🛒 How to order this item?
Indications
A combination drug called Oxecone MS is used to treat bloating, stomach ulcers, and acid reflux. It facilitates simple gastric emptying and neutralizes excess stomach acid. This medication is prescribed to treat dyspepsia, heartburn, acid indigestion, sour stomach, gastroesophageal reflux, and hiatal hernia. It is also used to treat hyperacidity caused by peptic ulcers, gastritis, and esophagitis. If required, children can be administered Magaldrate. Also used to treat gas, stomach distension, and windy colic.
Pharmacology
This is a magaldrate and simethicone blend. Magaldrate (magnesium aluminum compound, also known as Hydroxymagnesium Aluminate), promptly neutralizes stomach acid without increasing the pH over 5-6. It also reduces pepsin activity in gastric secretion. Furthermore, another component of Marlox Plus, simethicone, allows the gas bubble to agglomerate and provide relief from flatulence.
