Metronidazole is converted into reduction products, which engage with DNA to induce helical DNA structure and strand destruction, resulting in protein synthesis inhibition and cell mortality in vulnerable species. Pharmacology

Dosage of Gynomix Vaginal Suppository

• Per Vagina: One suppository is to be inserted into the vagina at bedtime for 12 days.
• As Vag Capsule: 100 mg every night for 7-14 days.

Administrations of Gynomix Vaginal Suppository

• Take the gel/capsule/suppository and place it on the applicator.
• Lie relaxed on your back. Gently insert the applicator tip into the vagina and push the plunger to release the gel/capsule/suppository into the vagina.
• If you are inserting without an applicator, place the gel/capsule/suppository on your clean finger and gently insert it into the vagina.
• Your doctor may be taught how to use this medicine at home.

• Request that your companion use condoms during sexual contact, which will help to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea if it exists.
• Regular cleaning/washing of the genitourinary region with anti-infective detergent is recommended.
• Avoid using vaginal products (such as tampons and douches) during treatment with Gynomix Vaginal Suppository.
