Montril Tablet contains montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist that helps prevent and control asthma symptoms and relieve allergic rhinitis. Montril Tablet works by blocking the action of leukotrienes, natural inflammatory chemicals released by the body in response to allergens and other triggers. Leukotrienes cause the airways to become swollen, tighten, and produce excess mucus, making breathing difficult. • Continue Avoiding Aspirin if Advised: If you have asthma that gets worse with aspirin, continue to avoid aspirin and other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) while taking Montril Tablet .
• Inspect the Packaging Before Use: Check the tablet packaging before each use to ensure it is not damaged or exposed to moisture.

✔️ Interaction

• Because your liver processes this medication, severe liver problems may require close monitoring or dose adjustments. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
• Aspirin Sensitivity: If you have asthma triggered by aspirin, taking Montril 10 Tablet does not mean you can safely start taking aspirin or NSAIDs. You must still avoid these pain relievers.
• Phenobarbital and Phenytoin: These seizure medicines can speed up how your body breaks down Montril 10 Tablet, potentially making it less effective.
• Rifampin: This antibiotic may lower the levels of Montril 10 Tablet in your blood, reducing its ability to control your symptoms.
