Inclox (Flucloxacillin) is used to treat infections caused by Gram-positive bacteria, including penicillinase-producing staphylococci.

✔️ Dosage & Administration
- Oral (Adults): 250 mg 4 times daily (up to 8 g/day in severe cases).
- Oral (Children 2-10 yrs): Half of the adult dose.
- Oral (Children <2 yrs): 1/4 of the adult dose.
- IM/IV (Adults): 250 mg-1 g 4 times daily (up to 8 g/day for severe infections).
- Children: Same proportionate dose as oral.
Oral doses should be taken 1 hour before meals.
Caution in hepatic dysfunction and severe renal impairment.
