Long-term use may increase the risk of low magnesium levels, vitamin B12 deficiency, and bone fractures in some patients. ✔️ Interaction

Esomeprazole may interact with medicines such as clopidogrel, warfarin, digoxin, tacrolimus, methotrexate, diazepam, certain HIV medicines, ketoconazole, and iron preparations.
