Caspa contains voriconazole, a triazole antifungal medicine used to treat serious fungal infections in adults and children aged 12 years and older, including:
- Invasive aspergillosis
- Candidemia in non-neutropenic patients and other deep-tissue Candida infections
- Esophageal candidiasis
- Serious infections caused by Scedosporium apiospermum and Fusarium species, including Fusarium solani
- Serious fungal infections in patients who cannot tolerate or have not responded to other treatments
Caspa should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to voriconazole or any of its ingredients. It is also contraindicated with certain medicines because of potentially serious interactions, including some medicines that affect heart rhythm, sirolimus, rifampin, carbamazepine, long-acting barbiturates, and St. John's wort.

✔️ Dosage & Administration
The dose and duration depend on the type and severity of infection, body weight, liver function, and other medicines being taken. Caspa should be used only under the supervision of a registered physician.
Oral tablets and suspension:
- Take the medicine at least 1 hour before or 1 hour after a meal.
- The loading and maintenance doses vary according to body weight and the infection being treated.
- Follow the prescribed dose and schedule carefully.
There are insufficient controlled studies in pregnant women. Voriconazole should be used during pregnancy only when the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Consult a physician before using it while breastfeeding.
Safety and effectiveness are not established for children younger than 12 years in the product information provided. Pediatric use requires specialist guidance.

- Store tablets in a dry place, protected from light, according to the package instructions.
