Common: Dizziness, somnolence, edema, weight gain
Occasional: Headache, nausea, blurred or double vision
Serious (rare): Loss of consciousness, liver dysfunction (jaundice, vomiting, fatigue)

Adults: Start with 5 mg twice daily, titrate by 5 mg weekly to 15 mg twice daily as tolerated.
Renal impairment: Dose adjustment required.
Children/adolescents: Safety not established.
Hepatic impairment: Mild/moderate – safe; severe – no data.

Cimetidine, Probenecid ↑ Mirogabalin levels
Lorazepam → enhanced CNS depression
Use caution with OAT, OCT, MATE, UGT inhibitors
With food: No effect on absorption
With alcohol: Avoid – may worsen sedation & motor impairment
