- Infants at risk: 400 IU/day (2 ml).
- Children (1 year+ at risk): 600 IU/day (3 ml).
- Deficiency treatment:
- Infants: 2,000 IU/day (+50,000 IU/week for 6 weeks).
- Children (1–18 years): 2,000 IU/day for 6 weeks.
