20 mg tablet once daily on an empty stomach with water.

✅ Children 6–11 years

10 mg Mouth Dissolving Tablet (MDT) once daily. May be taken directly or mixed with a teaspoon of water.

✅ Children 2–5 years

4 ml oral solution once daily.

Do not exceed the recommended dose. If a dose is missed, continue with the next scheduled dose. Avoid double dosing.

✔️ Drug Interactions

Co-administration with ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, or diltiazem may increase Bilastine levels without compromising safety.

No enhanced sedative effect when taken with lorazepam or alcohol.

✔️ Contraindications

Known hypersensitivity to Bilastine or any tablet components.
