Bepotas 1.5% Eye Drop 5ml

Bepotas Eye Drop contains bepotastine, an antihistamine used to relieve itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis. It works by blocking histamine, a chemical responsible for allergic symptoms such as eye itching, redness, and swelling.

Adults: Instill one drop into the affected eye(s) twice daily, or as directed by your doctor.

Children: The appropriate age for use depends on the specific product formulation and prescribing guidance. Consult a doctor before use in children.

How to use:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before applying the drops.
2. Tilt your head backward and gently pull down your lower eyelid.
3. Hold the dropper above the eye without touching the eye or surrounding surfaces.
4. Instill the prescribed number of drops into the lower eyelid.
5. Close your eye gently and press the inner corner near your nose for about one minute.
6. If using other eye drops, wait at least 5–10 minutes between medications.

Possible side effects include:

• Mild eye irritation or burning
• Headache
• Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the nose and throat)
• Unpleasant taste after application

Most side effects are mild and temporary. Consult your doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

• Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to bepotastine or any of its ingredients.
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to your eye or any other surface to prevent contamination.
• Remove contact lenses before applying the drops and follow the product label or your eye specialist's advice before wearing them again.
• Temporary blurred vision may occur after application. Avoid driving until your vision is clear.
• Consult your doctor before using this medicine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Do not use the drops for longer than recommended without medical advice.

Store according to the product label. Keep the bottle tightly closed and away from children. Discard the bottle after the recommended period following opening; check the manufacturer's instructions, as the discard period may vary by formulation.
