Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
You can take this medication with or without food, but try to take it at the same time every day to maintain a steady level of the medicine in your body.
Do not change your dose or stop taking this medication without consulting your healthcare provider, even if you feel completely well.

✔️ Interaction

• Potassium Supplements or Potassium-Sparing Diuretics: Concurrent use may increase potassium levels in the blood (hyperkalaemia), which can affect heart rhythm and require monitoring.
• Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Medicines such as ibuprofen, naproxen, or diclofenac may reduce the blood pressure-lowering effects of OLVAS AM TABLET and increase the risk of kidney function impairment.
• Lithium: This medication may increase lithium concentrations in the blood, raising the risk of lithium toxicity and necessitating close monitoring.
• Other Blood Pressure Medications: Combining multiple antihypertensive medicines may lead to excessive blood pressure reduction, dizziness, fainting, or kidney-related side effects.
• Other Medicines Affecting Potassium Levels: Certain medications, including some diuretics and potassium-containing products, may further increase the risk of hyperkalaemia.
