Vitilimus Ointment is indicated for the short-term and intermittent long-term treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis, particularly in patients who cannot tolerate or are unresponsive to conventional therapies due to potential risks.
Additionally, it is used in managing other chronic skin conditions including:
- Chronic cutaneous graft-versus-host disease
- Hand and foot eczema
- Allergic contact dermatitis
- Vitiligo
- Psoriasis
- Lichen planus
- Facial lichen

✔️ Dosage & Administration: Adults:
Adults:
Apply a thin layer of Vitilimus Ointment to affected areas twice daily, rubbing gently until absorbed. Continue therapy for one week beyond the resolution of symptoms.
Do not use under occlusive dressings.
✔️ Pediatric Use:
0.03% formulation: For children 2 years and older
0.1% formulation: Recommended for children aged 16 years and above
✔️ Elderly:
Patients over 65 years demonstrated a safety profile similar to that of younger adults in clinical trials.
Use only as directed by a registered physician.
✔️ No formal interaction studies have been conducted with Vitilimus topically. However, caution is advised when used in patients with widespread or erythrodermic skin disease who are concurrently taking

Known hypersensitivity to Tacrolimus or any component of the ointment.

✔️ Pregnancy and Lactation
Pregnancy Category C: There is no adequate data on topical Tacrolimus use during pregnancy.
Lactation: As Tacrolimus can pass into breast milk, either breastfeeding or the medication should be discontinued, depending on the importance to the mother.
✔️ Precautions
Exercise caution in patients with atopic dermatitis who are prone to superficial skin infections.
Not recommended for patients with generalized erythroderma, as safety in this group has not been established.

Store below 30°C.
