✔️ Directions for Use: Nutrifol Capsule

•Nutrifol can be taken with or without food, preferably with meals for better absorption.• It is recommended to take Nutrifol Capsule once daily or as advised by your doctor.• Swallow the Nutrifol Capsule as a whole with a glass of water.• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

✔️ Words of Advice:

• Try Vitamin B complex food sources like milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, red meat, tuna, dark green vegetables such as spinach and kale, beets, avocados, potatoes, whole grains, cereals, kidney beans, black beans, and chickpeas.
• Try folate-rich food sources like broccoli, Brussels sprouts, leafy green vegetables, cabbage, kale, spring greens, spinach, peas, chickpeas, kidney beans, and breakfast cereals fortified with folic acid.
• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption.
• Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Avoid excess fatty foods.

✔️ Warnings:

If you are allergic to Nutrifol Capsule or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Avoid taking Nutrifol Capsule if you have cancer. Nutrifol Capsule should be used with caution in children and only if recommended by a doctor. If you are breastfeeding, please consult a doctor before using Nutrifol Capsule. If you have pernicious anaemia (anaemia due to lack of vitamin B12), a tumour, or if you are receiving a stent in the heart or undergoing haemodialysis due to kidney failure, inform your doctor before taking Nutrifol Capsule. You are recommended to maintain a time gap of a minimum of 2 hours between taking Nutrifol Capsule and indigestion remedies such as antacids containing magnesium or aluminium and edible clay. Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any sugars, as Nutrifol Capsule contains lactose.
