• Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) and tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs) – may increase cardiovascular side effects.
• Drugs known to prolong the QT interval – can raise the risk of heart rhythm abnormalities.
• Methylxanthine derivatives, steroids, and non-potassium-sparing diuretics – may intensify hypokalemia (low potassium levels) caused by LABA.
• Beta-blockers (β2-adrenergic blockers) – should be avoided as they may reduce the effectiveness of Catium Trio.

Like all medications, Catium Trio may cause some side effects. The most common adverse reactions observed over 52 weeks include:

• Nasopharyngitis (common cold symptoms)
• Upper respiratory tract infections

Catium Trio should not be used in patients who have:
❌ Known hypersensitivity to Indacaterol, Glycopyrronium, Mometasone Furoate, or any of the excipients.

Pregnant Women

• Limited data exist on the safety of Indacaterol, Glycopyrronium, and Mometasone Furoate in pregnant women.
• Animal studies suggest a risk of fetal malformations and developmental issues with Mometasone Furoate.
• Catium Trio should only be used if the potential benefits outweigh the risks to the fetus.

Breastfeeding Mothers

• There is no clear evidence on whether Indacaterol, Glycopyrronium, or Mometasone Furoate passes into human breast milk.
• Animal studies indicate that Glycopyrronium can reach concentrations up to 10 times higher in milk than in blood.
• Caution is advised, and healthcare consultation is recommended before use.

⚠ Stop use immediately if allergic reactions like angioedema or urticaria (hives) occur.
