✔️ Uses of Trangina MR | Anti-anginal & Anti-ischemic Drugs

Trangina MR is indicated as an add-on therapy in adults with stable angina pectoris who are inadequately controlled by or intolerant to first-line anti-anginal treatments.

✔️ Trangina MR | Dosage & Administration

Recommended dose:

35 mg twice daily or 20 mg three times daily, preferably with meals.

Treatment review:

Evaluate after 3 months; discontinue if no improvement is observed.

✔️ Side Effects

Dizziness, headache
Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, dyspepsia
Rash, itching (pruritus), urticaria
Fatigue or weakness (asthenia)

✔️ Drug Interactions

No significant interactions have been reported.
Safe to use with beta-blockers, calcium channel blockers, nitrates, heparin, lipid-lowering agents, and digitalis preparations.

✔️ Do not use in patients with:

Hypersensitivity to Trimetazidine or any excipient

Severe renal impairment
