- High-dose salicylates.
- CNS depressants.
- Antihypertensives/cardiac glycosides.
- Tricyclic antidepressants.
- Monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
✔️ Dosage & Administration
- Dosage: One drop in the affected eye(s) three times daily.
- Instructions: Shake well before use.
- If using multiple ophthalmic drugs, administer at least 5 minutes apart.
- Pediatrics:
- Contraindicated in children under 2 years.
- Somnolence (50-83%) was observed in children aged 2-6 years.
- Geriatrics: No significant differences in safety or effectiveness compared to adults.

- Vascular insufficiency: Use cautiously in patients with:
- Depression
- Cerebral/coronary insufficiency
- Raynaud's phenomenon
- Orthostatic hypotension
- Thromboangiitis obliterans
- Contact lens users: Benzalkonium chloride (preservative) may be absorbed by soft lenses.
- Remove lenses before use and wait 15 minutes before reinsertion.
- Renal impairment: Not recommended due to Brinzolamide excretion via the kidney.

- Store at room temperature, protected from light.
- Avoid touching the dropper tip to surfaces.
- Do not use contents more than 1 month after opening.
- Shake well before use. Do not freeze.
