Apply a thin layer of Enazol Plus Cream to the affected area 2–3 times daily, gently massaging it into the skin with your fingertips.
Continue treatment for at least 14 days or as directed by your physician.

✔️ Side Effects

Enazol Plus Cream is generally well-tolerated. However, in rare cases, the following may occur:

Mild, temporary irritation, itching, or redness after application
Allergic skin reactions (very rare)
Adrenal suppression with prolonged or excessive use of topical steroids, particularly in infants or under occlusive conditions

✔️ Interaction

Econazole: May interact with drugs metabolized by CYP3A4/2C9, such as warfarin and acenocoumarol, potentially enhancing anticoagulant effects.

Triamcinolone:

May lower salicylate levels.
Increased risk of GI bleeding or ulcers with NSAIDs.
May antagonize antidiabetic drugs, raising blood sugar levels.
Risk of hyperkalemia when used with amphotericin B, beta-blockers, potassium-depleting diuretics, or theophylline.
Clearance increased when used with ciclosporin, carbamazepine, phenytoin, barbiturates, or rifampicin.
Concomitant use with live vaccines may promote infections.

Do not use Enazol Plus Cream in the following conditions:
Tuberculous or viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, vaccinia, varicella)
Known hypersensitivity to any component of the formulation

Discontinue use if signs of hypersensitivity or allergic reactions occur.
Keep the infected area clean and dry throughout treatment.
Long-term use, particularly under occlusive dressings (e.g., infant diapers), may cause adrenal suppression, especially in children.
