HepaMerz is a combination of two amino acids which works by protecting the liver from harmful chemical substances (free radicals), thus preventing liver damage.

Pancreatin contains enzymes such as protease, lipase, and amylase. It aids in digestion by hydrolyzing fats to glycerol and fatty acids, converting proteins into proteoses and peptides, and breaking down starch into dextrins and sugars. It is used when pancreatic enzyme secretion is deficient. L-ornithine-L-aspartate (LOLA) is used for managing hepatic encephalopathy, although its effectiveness and safety are still being studied.
