Take Xerova 20 exactly as prescribed by your doctor
Swallow the tablet whole with water
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet
Can be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day
Take the missed dose as soon as remembered

Do not take two doses within 12 hours
Adults: Starting dose 10–20 mg once daily; maximum 80 mg/day
Elderly: No dose adjustment required
Renal impairment: No dosage adjustment necessary
