Each 4 gm sachet contains a blend of the following herbal powders:

Isabgul Husk (Plantago ovata): 3 gm
Sonapata (Cassia angustifolia): 1 gm

✔️ Pharmacology:

Ispa Plus is a formulation of Isabgul Spicy, combining the laxative properties of two potent medicinal herbs: Plantago ovata (Isabgul Husk) and Cassia angustifolia (Sonapata). Isabgul, with its high water-absorbing capacity, and Sonapata, acting as an inhibitor of water and electrolyte absorption from the large intestine, work synergistically. This dual action increases the volume and pressure of intestinal contents, stimulating peristaltic movement and relieving constipation. Isabgul also binds with bile acid, aiding fat digestion and contributing to lower blood cholesterol levels. Regular use of Ispa Plus helps regulate gastrointestinal function, alleviates constipation, soothes intestinal irritation and inflammation, and supports overall gut health.

✔️ Dosage & Administration:

Adults: 1 sachet or 4 gm powder with 150-200 ml water, 1-2 times daily.
Children (6-12 years): 1/2 to 1 sachet or 2-4 gm powder with 150-200 ml water, 1-2 times daily.
Children (Under 6 years): As directed by the physician. 1/2 sachet or 2 gm powder with 150-200 ml water, 1-2 times daily.
