Adults:
1 sachet (4 gm) mixed with 150–200 ml water, taken once or twice daily
Children (6–12 years):
½ to 1 sachet (2–4 gm) mixed with water, 1–2 times daily

½ sachet (2 gm), or as directed by a physician
Always take with sufficient water to prevent choking or intestinal blockage.
