✔️ Dosage Information for Lenangio (Lenalidomide)

Adult Dose

Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS):

• Initial Dose: 10 mg orally once daily for 21 consecutive days in a repeated 28-day cycle.

Multiple Myeloma (in combination with Dexamethasone):

• Lenalidomide: 25 mg orally once daily for 21 consecutive days in a repeated 28-day cycle.
• Dexamethasone:
  • 40 mg once daily on Days 1–4, 9–12, and 17–20 of each 28-day cycle (for the first 4 cycles).
  • After the first 4 cycles, 40 mg once daily on Days 1–4 of each 28-day cycle.
• Elderly Patients: No dosage adjustment is necessary.

Child Dose

• Patients <18 years old: Safety and efficacy not established.

Renal Dose Adjustments

Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS):

• Moderate Renal Impairment: 5 mg once daily.
• Severe Renal Impairment (not requiring dialysis): 5 mg every other day.
• End-stage renal Disease (requiring dialysis): 5 mg three times a week after dialysis.

Multiple Myeloma (MM):

• Moderate Renal Impairment: 10 mg once daily, which may be increased to 15 mg once daily after 2 cycles if needed.
• Severe Renal Impairment (not requiring dialysis): 15 mg every other day, which may be increased to 10 mg once daily if needed.
• End-stage renal disease (requiring dialysis): 5 mg once daily after dialysis.
