হাত কাঁপা (tremor), হৃদস্পন্দন বেড়ে যাওয়া (palpitation), পেশীতে টান, মাথাব্যথা, টেনশন এবং রক্তনালী প্রসারণের মতো সমস্যা হতে পারে। উচ্চ মাত্রায় tachycardia দেখা যেতে পারে।

Overdose Effects (অতিরিক্ত মাত্রা):
অতিরিক্ত সেবনে বুকব্যথা, মাথাব্যথা, বমি, কাঁপুনি ইত্যাদি হতে পারে। এ ক্ষেত্রে cardio-selective beta-blocker ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে, তবে bronchospasm-এর ইতিহাস থাকলে সতর্কতা জরুরি।

Dosage & Administration (মাত্রা ও সেবনবিধি):
Salbutamol বিভিন্ন ফর্মে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন ট্যাবলেট, সিরাপ, নেবুলাইজার সলিউশন, ইনজেকশন ও ইনহেলেশন ক্যাপসুল।

সিরাপ/ট্যাবলেট (শিশু):
- ২–৬ বছর: ২.৫ মি.লি. সিরাপ, দিনে ৩–৪ বার
- ৬–১২ বছর: ৫ মি.লি. সিরাপ, দিনে ৩–৪ বার
- ১২ বছরের বেশি: ৫–১০ মি.লি. সিরাপ বা ২–৪ মি.গ্রা ট্যাবলেট, দিনে ৩–৪ বার
প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক:
- ২–৪ মি.গ্রা ট্যাবলেট দিনে ৩–৪ বার (একবারে সর্বোচ্চ ৮ মি.গ্রা)
নেবুলাইজার সলিউশন:
চিকিৎসকের পরামর্শ অনুযায়ী ব্যবহার করতে হবে; সলিউশন ইনজেকশন বা খাওয়ার জন্য নয়।
ইনজেকশন:
শুধুমাত্র হাসপাতালে ও চিকিৎসকের তত্ত্বাবধানে IV infusion হিসেবে দেওয়া হয়।
ইনহেলেশন ক্যাপসুল:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ২০০–৪০০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম প্রতি ৪–৬ ঘণ্টা
- শিশু (≥৪ বছর): প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী দিনে ৩–৪ বার
Exercise-induced asthma:
- প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক: ৪০০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম
- শিশু: ২০০ মাইক্রোগ্রাম (ব্যায়ামের ১৫–৩০ মিনিট আগে)
