✔️ Do not use Isofast if you:

• Are allergic to isotretinoin or any component of the capsule.
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Have liver or pancreatic disorders.
• Have high lipid (cholesterol or triglyceride) levels.
• Have hypervitaminosis A (excess vitamin A in the body).
• Are taking tetracycline antibiotics.

✔️ Dosage & Administration

• Take exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Swallow whole with water; do not crush, chew, or split.
• Take at the same time daily for best results.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Missed Dose:

• Take as soon as you remember.
• If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose.
• Do not double-dose.

Overdose:

• Symptoms include vomiting, flushing, headache, dizziness, abdominal pain.
• Seek immediate medical help if overdose is suspected.

✔️ Interaction

• Avoid Vitamin A supplements (risk of toxicity).
• Avoid tetracycline antibiotics (increases intracranial pressure).
• Use caution with phenytoin, steroids, or certain contraceptives.

Always inform your doctor about any other medications, supplements, or herbal remedies you are currently using.

Pregnancy:

• Must not be used during pregnancy—it can cause serious birth defects.
• Women of childbearing age must use effective contraception during treatment.
• If pregnancy occurs while taking isotretinoin, stop the medicine and inform your doctor immediately.

Breastfeeding:

• Not recommended, as it is unknown if isotretinoin passes into breast milk.

Driving & Machinery:

Alcohol:
