- As indicated on the sealed package, tear the bottom part of the protective foil.
- Connect both ends of the tampon string and firmly pull it out. Remove the top part of the protective foil from the hollow end of the tampon using your index finger.
- Insert the tampon inside your vagina and push it back as far as you can. If inserted correctly, you will no longer be able to feel the tampon, and the string will be left hanging outside your body.
- To remove the tampon, gently tug the string downwards and then pull it out.
