• Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica): 15.73 mg

✔️ Pharmacology

• Roktoutpol (Nymphaea lotus): Contains bioflavonoids, glucose, fructose, sucrose, galacturonic acid, and amino acids. Used for general health, its rhizomes are cooling, sweet, tonic, and used in diarrhea, dysentery, dyspepsia, and general debility. Also used for gastrointestinal disorders and jaundice.
• Draksha (Vitis vinifera): Contains sugar, gum, tannin, tartaric, citric, racemic, and malic acids, chlorides of potassium and sodium, iron, and albumin. It acts as a demulcent, diuretic, laxative, stomachic, and tonic, and is used in dyspepsia.
• Dhaiful (Woodfordia fruticosa): Has cooling and anthelmintic properties, and acts as a stimulant and astringent. Used in dysentery, mucous membrane disorders, headache, and fever.
• Haritaki (Terminalia chebula): Contains chebulin, tannic acid, gallic acid, and resin. Exhibits antispasmodic action on smooth muscle, and is digestive, antiseptic, and carminative. Promotes digestive power and is used in diarrhea, dysentery, colic, and enlarged spleen and liver.
• Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica): A rich dietary source of vitamin C, minerals, flavonoids, amino acids, and phenolic compounds such as tannins, phyllembelic acid, phyllemblin, mucic acid, and emblico. Balances stomach acids, enhances food absorption, increases body immunity, and nourishes the brain and mental function. Used medicinally for the treatment of diarrhea.

✔️ Dosage & Administration

• Children (6 months to 5 years): 1/2 - 1 teaspoonful 2 times daily.
• Children (5 years and above): 1 - 2 teaspoonfuls 2 times daily.
