• Avoid Harsh Soaps: Opt for gentle, fragrance-free cleansers that won't strip your skin of its natural oils. Harsh soaps can further dry out and irritate your skin.
• Take Shorter, Lukewarm Baths or Showers: Hot water can strip your skin of its natural oils, so it's best to limit your bath or shower time and use lukewarm water instead of hot.
• Pat Your Skin Dry: After bathing or showering, gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel instead of rubbing, which can further irritate your skin.
