• Wear protective clothing and use sunscreen when going out to shield your skin from sunburn.
• Regular exercise can improve mood and self-esteem, but it doesn't clear spots. Shower immediately after exercise.
• Wear a wide-brimmed hat to protect your face from sun exposure.
• Refrain from using skin products causing irritation, such as harsh cleansers, hair removers, hair colors, astringents, or products with alcohol, lime, and spices.
• If the skin condition doesn't improve after 2 months of MELAXID CREAM treatment, consult a dermatologist.
