Deliciously creamy and malty, Horlicks is traditionally crafted using malted wheat and barley enriched with 14 vitamins and minerals.
Horlicks is high in vitamins C, D, B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, folic acid, niacin, biotin, calcium, and zinc and is a source of vitamin E and iron.

Enjoy Hot
Just add 3-4 teaspoons (25g) of Horlicks into your mug and pour on 200ml of hot milk, stir well and enjoy.
To microwave, simply follow the directions above with cold milk, microwave for 1 minute (800w). Stir well, heat for a further 30 seconds, stir again and enjoy.
