Nitromint Retard 2.6 contains nitroglycerin, which relaxes and dilates blood vessels, allowing improved blood flow to the heart and reducing its workload, thereby relieving chest pain.
Nitromint Retard 2.6 for:

Oral (Sustained-Release Tablets or Capsules)
For stable angina:
2.6–6.4 mg, taken 3 to 4 times daily, based on individual response.
Maximum dose: 26 mg four times daily.
Sublingual Tablets
Acute relief of angina:
Take 0.5 mg under the tongue at the first sign of chest pain. Repeat every 5 minutes, up to 3 doses if pain persists.
Seek emergency help if chest pain is not relieved after 3 doses in 15 minutes.
Prophylaxis (prevention):
Take 1 sublingual tablet 5–10 minutes before engaging in activities likely to trigger angina.
