✅ Description:
Xylometazoline Hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic agent with alpha-adrenergic activity that constricts blood vessels, reducing nasal congestion and making breathing easier for those with colds.
Sodium Cromoglicate works locally on the nasal mucosa to prevent allergic reactions by inhibiting the release of histamine and other mediators from sensitized mast cells. It does not block the antigen-antibody binding but prevents the release of allergic substances. It also has a mild inhibitory effect on late-phase allergic reactions.

✔️ Side Effects
No serious side effects have been reported. Some users may experience mild nasal irritation during initial use. Rarely, Sodium Cromoglicate alone has been associated with wheezing or chest tightness. Due to the lower dose of Xylometazoline, mild side effects such as nasal irritation, dryness, sneezing, headache, insomnia, drowsiness, and palpitations may occur.
✔️ Dosage
Adults and children (including the elderly): One spray in each nostril, four times daily.
✔️ How to use the nasal spray:
- Shake the bottle gently and remove the dust cover.
- Hold the spray bottle with your forefinger and middle finger on either side of the nozzle and your thumb underneath. Press down until a fine mist appears. If using for the first time or after a prolonged break, press several times until a spray is released.
- Clear your nostrils by gently blowing your nose.
- Close one nostril and insert the nozzle into the other. Tilt your head slightly forward, keep the bottle upright, inhale through the nose, and press the nozzle to release a spray.
- Exhale through the mouth.
- Repeat for the other nostril if needed.
✔️ Cleaning Instructions:
- Remove the dust cover and nasal applicator.
- Wash them with warm water, shake off excess water, and let them dry naturally.
- Reattach the applicator and dust cover.

Do not use if allergic to any ingredients in the formulation.

Use with caution, especially during the first trimester of pregnancy.
✔️ Precautions & Warnings
Prolonged or excessive use of nasal decongestants may lead to rebound congestion or drug-induced rhinitis.
