- Adult: 50–150 mg three times per day, depending on the patient's tolerance and specific needs.
- Children (3 months to 6 years old): 5 mg/kg per day, divided into three doses.
- Children (aged 6 to 14): 2-4 mg/kg/day, divided into three doses. or as instructed by the licensed doctor.
