Common Side Effects

• Drowsiness, dizziness

• Vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea
• Blurred or abnormal vision

• General weakness or tiredness

Uncommon Side Effects

• Confusion
• Loss of coordination or abnormal movements (including mouth, tongue, or eye movements)
• Low blood pressure
• Hot flushes
• Nausea, abdominal pain, constipation, flatulence
• Skin reactions, including photosensitivity
• Sexual dysfunction in men

Rare Side Effects

• Breathing difficulties
• Severe allergic reactions (swelling of face, lips, tongue, or throat)
• Severe itching with raised skin lumps
• Reduced platelet count, causing easy bruising or bleeding
• Breast enlargement or milk secretion
• Absence of menstrual periods in women

Involuntary or repetitive movements of the mouth or tongue (tardive dyskinesia)

Severe extrapyramidal symptoms (muscle rigidity, tremors, restlessness, abnormal eye movements)

• Irregular heartbeat
• Signs of jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes)
• Severe allergic reactions
• Suicidal thoughts

Dry Mouth:

Stay hydrated, rest, avoid alcohol, and consult your doctor if headaches persist.
